Very professional and friendly staff. Kept me posted as to status of my vehicle.

The initial check-in and shuttle service were excellent. The shuttle was prompt, and the driver was very personable. However, the rest of my service experience was deeply unsatisfactory. I brought my 2022 Buick Envision in for a recall, also opting for an oil change and tire rotation. I reported that the vehicle was slow to start and asked for the battery to be checked, noting it had been replaced by this same dealership just 18 months prior. Initially, the service advisor called to inform me the battery had low voltage and recommended a replacement at a quoted price. After brief research, I approved the replacement via the dealership's texted link. When I called for a status update later that day, I was told I had not confirmed the replacement. Reviewing the service documentation, I saw that the battery had actually tested as "good," which contradicted the advisor's initial report. Given this inconsistency and the battery's recent replacement, I no longer felt comfortable authorizing the service. Upon arrival, my vehicle would not start, and I had to use my own portable jumper. There had been no communication from the staff that the car was inoperable. The situation escalated on my drive home when the headlights began blinking on and off intermittently—a severe safety hazard. That this critical safety issue was not identified or, if it was, not communicated to me is highly concerning. This experience has significantly eroded my confidence in this service department's competence and integrity.

Once checked in, everything went smooth and efficient.

Friendly, helpful. Technician diagnosed irritating noise coming from the engine and was able to fix and replace power steering pump. I was told by Sunset Chevrolet in Sumner Washington that it was normal. They lied and dealt with listening to hit for months. I am glad that I no longer have to put up with it. One of the additional perk was they offered a shuttle ride which helped. Thanks so much for everything John Turney.

While the 4.5 hour wait was a little long (but not unexpected), I was very comfortable during the wait, and Hector checked in on me several times. The check in process was really good - fast and high tech. And the vehicle report was excellent and delivered to my email within minutes. When it was all done, everyone was super professional, including the lovely cashier that got the paperwork ready. All around a really great experience.

Mo Marzano, along with the shuttle driver, Joseph Lucas or Logan, I believe, was absolutely outstanding to work with. I’ve owned many vehicles over the years, from domestic brands to high‑end imports, so I’ve spent plenty of time in service centers. This was, without question, the best experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I pulled into the service department, to meeting Mo, to the courtesy ride, all the way through vehicle pickup, everything was seamless and exceptional. A++

Was there to pick up vehicle after service. Was taken to the cashier but she didn’t have the any paperwork on my truck. Was told to go to see an advisor who then told me to go to the cashier. I explained that she didn’t have any paperwork. He then printed the paperwork, walked back to the cashier where I provided a CC for payment. Only after she ran my card sis she tell me that there would be an additional 3% charge. Hard to believe that a company as large as this tacks on a charge for CC!! I asked about a debit card where she said no additional charge. I then said “that would have been nice to know earlier”. She indicated that a sign is posted on the window. Sorry. Didn’t see it!! Bolt still missing from the bed cover. (Which was one reason why it was there. Needed to order parts). I requested that something be installed as I almost lost it due to wind. I waited for approx 20 min then told the advisor that I would take care of it when I got home. Arrived home and they apparently removed the second bolt on the other side to try to get a bolt that fit. I drove home not knowing that there was nothing to hold the cover from blowing off while driving! Not good. Communicated with my advisor the next day but was out sick that day and she apologized and assured me that all would be taken care of when the ordered parts arrived.

Total time was one hour and 45 minutes. I was surprised it took that long to replace a rear brake light, but everyone was very nice.

Dropped my car three times to have a problem resolved, only to be told the third time that there is no resolution. Further, I was told that GMC is aware of the problem and will have a fix in the near future. Also, the wait time to check my car is entirely too long.

The service was provided was good value for the services complete and accomplished. I will definitely schedule service needs at Bentley Buick as my 2023 Enclave needs service attention. Hector was very professional and kept me notified of all that was going on. I like the like that tells you about your car. The return time was to long for me. My appointment was 8:00 on a Friday and my car was not returned until 1:00 on Tuesday. We did have bad weather at the time to maybe that was why.

I scheduled and took my 2024 GMC Denali into Bentley GMC, after receiving a “service engine soon” light message. I met with Hector Analista, Service Advisor, and he was very professional and extremely helpful. He informed me what the issues were with my vehicle with great detail. Oil change

My experience buying my 2021 Silverado went well. But, after purchase I found that I couldn’t pair my phone with the truck and the info system needs to be replaced. I am scheduled to return on Feb 6th. This is an inconvenience done I need the truck for a trip out of town on February 2nd.. I was pleased with the service I received from the sales department.

Nelson was amazing, he took time to listen to me and even brought in a vehicle that better matched my needs. He explained everything in a way I could understand and was with me through the entire buy process. All other employees involved were also great and explained things and were very accommodating through the process also. A great experience for sure.

Service Representative was polite and my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner.

The repair on my 2007 Envoy was challenging because a new gas tank wasn't available and a used tank had to be sourced through the open market. Bentley was able to source the part and make the repair. Heath Blasingame kept me updated through the entire process and I appreciate his courtesy and professionalism.

The support staff helped me arrange a towing service and repiared my vehicle quicker than expected.

Bad experience with the initial car to schedule the service for my car. I requested a loaner and was immediately told they didn’t know if they would have one. The service advisor that worked with me was a little abrasive. I don’t know if he repeatedly questioned me to get the details of my service correct or didn’t believe what truly happened. When I picked up my car I thought they would have performed a simple was and vacuum but they didn’t. I guess they don’t do that at their dealership. Seriously considering going to a different dealership for my service. Customer service is big to me….

My buying experience proved excellent. Ricky Crook, my salesman, was cordial and professional, taking ample time to explain carefully all aspects of the purchase. In addition, he demonstrated the features of my new vehicle in detail. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I was received at Bentley at around my appointment time 7:15. I was told that it may take an hour or more to program a key for my GMC truck. Service was great and I was there about an hour In the waiting room when I was notified my key was complete. Service was great and professional. And the new key works well.

I'm very upset because they performed the services I requested. But I'm certain that only ONE SENSOR needed fixing regarding the tires, and I have recent receipts from the shop where I had the other 3 sensors replaced not long ago. The display showed all the information about the air pressure, but now, after your service, it doesn't show any information about the 3 sensors that my car SHOULD HAVE IN GOOD CONDITION. And according to your mechanic, I need to replace all 4 sensors. I think it's outrageous that they want me to fix what, I repeat, I'm sure my car should still have in good working order.

Advisor was very informative, very willing to try and help. Wend out of his way to slip my truck into the schedule so I could get the diagnosis as quickly as possible.

The service I received was fine. I was supposed to get a differential fluid service in addition to an oil change and was told about 3 hours. 4 hours later I contacted them and nothing had been done yet, so I had to drop what that and only get the bare minimum. Bottom line, terrible communication and I’ll go elsewhere for service more complicated than an oil change and tire rotation.

On Saturday, March 7th, I went to view and test drive the car. I was told there would be a nurse discount, a.k.a. a first responder discount. The following Tuesday, I had put down a $500 deposit for the car. I had also gone to the bank Tuesday evening to get all of the papers signed and documented. Tuesday night I went to get my ID. my account, like they had asked me to receive the code, but there was not a nurse discount on there. Wednesday I arrived at the dealership; after I had signed papers for a loan, it was expressed to me and my partner that there was no nurses' discount. I felt that it was their fault that this was not expressed to me prior to putting down a deposit or on Saturday when I went to view the car. I had a check in hand, and they still did not offer to give me the discount that I was previously told was on the paper. The amount that was sent to the bank was the amount I signed for; however, when I went to the dealership, the amount had increased. I was lied to. We had asked if there would be any incentives or anything we could do. My partner and I were told that there was nothing they could do. We got there on Wednesday morning at 9:15, and we did not leave until 2:30 PM. It was all very frustrating. In the end, we ended up getting the car; however, I only feel like I got the car because they had to honor the price they sold the car to me for.

It was my first time visiting their service department, so I was unsure of what the process was. The first gentleman was very kind and went and brought my truck up to where it needed to be. Someone else drove up before my truck was brought to the Bay and the service advisor made note that my truck was there first so I was tended to before that person which was nice to see as well. I wasn’t offered a bunch of services outside of what I went there for which was a nice surprise because I do not like making those decisions spur of the moment. Pickup and check out were seamless.

Joe Ferguson did a great job with the purchase of my new GMC Sierra. He’s very familiar with the truck and was very thorough in showing me all the features and options.

Bentley Buick made the process very swift. I came in with a mindset on one specific car and trim and with limited options and one left, I pulled the trigger. My welcome was subpar, but I entered the dealership with an open mindset because my mind was made up a month ago. If I was on the fence about the model, the day would’ve ended differently. Joshua and George Torres were fantastic! Lamont screwed me on the finance deal that we agreed to prior to my 725 mile trip to Huntsville. I upgraded to the Ultimate when I got there, an additional $7000, and he reniged on the finance deal; $1000 rebate AND no penalty for early payoff. I could have paid cash but he knew he had me by the balls!

Service was done in a timely manner and I was kept informed during the process. Checkout was quick and I was on my way.

The actual repair on my truck was excellent and in a somewhat timely manner. However, communication with the service department was below par, no follow up, phone calls going to voice mail, texts not answered etc. During the five days in the shop, I was never able to connect with a live person to get a status, on day five got a text saying truck was ready.

Prince was Great! He was kind, honest and respectful. The dealership was out of water when I asked for a bottle and he unknowingly went to the store and purchased us 3 bottles. On the other hand I had a different experience with Dillon (financial advisor) after being assured that the warranty company was A1 then looked online to discover many complaints at BBB. After that nothing is believable.

I arrived at 0700 to have the left rear LED light repaired. I was immediately greeted and informed of how long the repair would be. I was offered a ride or I could wait in the lounge. The repair was completed within the time span I was told. I was given the necessary paperwork and told to have a great day.

Pricing for repairs was ridiculous. We went elsewhere and got brakes repaired, belt replaced, and fluids changed for less than what you wanted to charge for just brakes. People are nice enough, but pricing has got to change for us to be back.

Service was courteous, knowledgeable, and very quick. It did not take long for the service technician to resolve my issue. Definitely will continue to come to Bentley for all my Automotive needs.

Getting scheduled for service is very challenging. Your automatic phone response system is not good customer service and had to keep calling back. Once in service the team is very good. But unfortunately not the first time challenging to obtain service appointment.

Had an appointment to have service department look at GMC and AT4 Emblems to verify they were installed crooked and replace or order if not in stock. Ordered black AT4 Emblem kit that was supposed to be installed during the same appointment (Tailgate GMC replaced with same under warranty if available). Dropped Vehicle at 7:30 for 7:45 drop time, waited an hour for shuttle ride to work. Received a call at 10:45 informing me that the black emblems were on backorder so would need to reschedule after they came in. They did have GMC emblem in stock and asked if I wanted them to replace while it was there and I said yes. Contacted at 11:30 saying the vehicle was finished. arrived at around 12:15 to pick up. Spoke with parts to find out that not only were the emblems on backorder they were not even in production. Why was I even able to make the online purchase if the item was not available? Proceeded to pick up my vehicle and on inspection noticed that the replacement letters were also crooked. Told the service rep I was not happy and he said he could have them replaced but would need to order another set. I'm confident that the dealership will make this right but I don't appreciate the inconvenience. My time is important.

Fast service nice communication with hector

I had an appointment time of 1230 for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 1130. I know I was early and they may not be able to get to me before my appointment time. Thats not a problem at all. The problem is that i did not get my truck back until 4pm. Thats 3.5 hours for a basic oil change and tire rotation from my scheduled time. Its absolutely ridiculous that it took that long. And this is now the second time in a row that I was pushed back for my service like I am insignificant and my time means nothing. Very upsetting to say the least

The service performed on my vehicle was excellent. The communication between the service department and the body shop was a little lacking. Recently had body shop work done on my truck and had some noise due to the springs. Coordinating between the 2 departments about the noise was cumbersome.

Heath was great. Saw no one had assisted me with a first time scheduled service. He’s now my service guy. I can even call to schedule, talk to a real person. Thank you Heath

First, I had trouble getting a courtesy ride home, but eventually made it home. When I got my truck and drove it home, I notice a large wet spot underneath the front of my truck on the ground, but I thought Everything was ok since it was driving ok at the time. 2 days later I got on the interstate and my truck stopped working. The reading say it was overheating. My truck was towed to a GMC dealer of Edward lake road in Birmingham which was the nearest at that dealership.

Found the perfect car in the showroom and everyone was super friendly, the transaction of trading a vehicle went very smoothly and I'm thrilled to now own a Buick Envision ST, Ben made the process very smooth.

I was in and out in less time the service department quoted. Only complaint is they have marked me as leaving my vehicle instead of waiting for it. It did not impact me this time, however the first time there was over 4 hours.

Dealer provided unrealistic cost estimate to repair 2016 Silverado (High Country). Vehicle being repaired at another maintenance facility for half Bentley's estimate.

I purchased a new 2026 GMC Acadia some months back the from Bentley Automotive Group in Huntsville, Alabama. On July 09, 2026, it was time for my first service, which may I say was complimentary. During the visit I met Devon McCoy who is one of Bentley Automotive Service Advisors. He turned out to be a joy to work with. He was very personable and professional. He took time to listen to me, and I felt as though he was interested in making my experience a good one. He succeeded in that, as I was in and out in a short period of time. So far, I have not met a single employee of Bentley Auto Group from the Service Greeter to the Service Advisor to the Technician to the Salesman to the Paperwork and Finance man to the Cashier, who have not made me feel special and as though they wanted to see me completely satisfied. I guess in closing I should commend Bentley's Human Relations Team for doing such a good job with their hiring team. Thank you all.
