I am very happy and excited to write this review for the service I received from the great people working at Bentley GMC. If I can dropped names, I would certainly do so. At least the two that took care of my concerns, almost before I mentioned them.As I walked in the door and mentioned whom I was there to see, I was directed to the office to the right side of the building. I was greeted with an air high five and an elbow touch (COVID related). I could not helped but to feel welcomed and comfortable.When I did tell my story, I was assured by both of them not to worry, everything will be taken care of. And it was, in record time. I really appreciated the treatment, concerned and professionalism they showed, so much so, purchased 4 new tires. (that I needed)I am really glad I returned to talk to them about something I had assumed to be problem, but they did not allow me to think that way for very long.Thank you guys at BENTLEY BUICK GMC! I am not in the market for a new car but, when I am, I know exactly where I am going to go and tell people where to get a great deal and the chance to work with a great bunch of people. My car is a 2013 Terrain and these guys keep it running like new.

I made an appointment. When I got out of my car I was asked if I needed help and directed to the correct person to help. We were ask what type of vehicle we were interested in and shown the options and allowed to test drive the cars we choose. It was a easy process and we left with a 2021 Terrain. We were very pleased with the process from beginning to end.
Honestly and Intregrity! It is stressful trying to work numbers on a used $50k plus truck, trying to get the best price. Things get stressful and confusing at times. However, 2 months after I purchased my Sierra AT4 from them I received a $1000 check as a refund for a deposit overpayment. I reexamined my paper work and found the error, I would have never known. The dealer could have easily taken advantage of me giving them a nice bonus. But they didn't! For as long as I live in Huntsville, they will be my only dealer. They earned a customer for life! Thank you! And the AT4 is an incredible machine!
My sales associate Will Thompson is top notch. He made the buying process smooth and easy. He always had an answer for the many questions I had for him. He helped me and my wife from start to finish and is still checking on us in regards to our purchase. Ask for Will when you go to Bentley. You won't be disappointed.
I was very pleased with my visit to Bentley GMC. The service advisor was very friendly and professional. He listened to my concerns and my car was finished in a timely manner.
Came in for a basic service and one recall to be taken care of. ended up spending more money because of a 15000 mile service that needed to be completed. Wasn't mad. was happy that Kirby let me know because my app did not tell me. Vehicle was done faster then quoted which is always good. And there was a second recall that I did not know about. Great experience.

This was my first car purchase experience and Mr. Rick did a great job from coming to my home for a test drive to closing the deal. He was very nice and explained any questions that I may have had. I enjoyed my experience with Mr. Rick and it was seamless when I came to the dealership to purchase.
