It features automatic emergency braking, forward collision alert, lane keeping assist with lane departure warning, following distance indicator, front pedestrian braking, and IntelliBeam automatic high beams. It is an optional add-on for buyers of the SLE and SLT.

Adaptive cruise control is now standard on the AT4 and available on the SLE, SLT, and Denali. The AT4 and Denali also come equipped with a safety seat alert, but this feature is still an option for the SLE and SLT.
